I believe that we all agree with your statement, Irene, and you'll never find any disharmony here. Our Admin keeps us all on the straight and narrow...

I have been on "drivel" and added comments onto Maureen's comments about flowers being stolen from her family's grave, and have commented on a post about Paul O'Grady, and my comments have gone on underneath the preceding comment, like on Wigan World Communicate. However, that doesn't seem to be happening on the above "Welcome Aboard Irene" post.....I am getting comments from lovely, welcoming people but I have to click on little boxes to read them. Sure it will sort itself. This is a lovely, caring site. I love to reminisce about my childhood, Admin. x.

Well in that case a bloody good forum just got a whole lot better. Just so you know people, Irene used to ply me with drink when I was a lot younger then I am now... in fact she created this seasoned bar lounger.

Thankyou for the compliment about the site getting a whole lot better, Cadfael....what a kind thing to say! But then with the next statement you have all these lovely "Rejects" thinking I ply men with drink! I was barmaid at Cafael's Local, The Platt Bridge Inn, when we were both much, much, younger, everyone, and Yes, as Mary Hopkin sang, "Those Were the Days".

Beats Mester Joseph's meeting with Cheggers in The Grand Arcade.

He met Cheggers and admitted to it!

I can remember surfing late night TV channels a few years back and finding one with Cheggers displaying his man sausage for all to see, along with some really horrible naked people doing a quiz. The scars are still with me and I cannot look at Cheggers without shuddering now.

Mester Joseph met Cheggers, but he doesn't like to mention it (much).

Cheggers on the other hand.....
