Went to New Brighton last weekend on't bike with a few mates (They rode their own bloody loud harleys). Off to Tan Hill later for a pint, whizz through the the lakes, then Stop at Kirkby Stephen to visit a mate before roaring off to Richmond and the Tan Hill pub for an overnight stay. Tomorrow will see us wheelying along the Dales through the Forest of Bowland and home.

We normally have a stoll down the North pier because its a sedate pier which caters for us in later years but, Today we got a surprise, The North pier was a bustling hive of activity from the over 18's group, young kids wearing next to nowt, drinking alcohol and smoking spliffs, and probably more too, drug sniffer dogs, security guards and loud music drove us away, After some reseach I found out it was a rave, £44 a ticket and it was sold out,

So later i checked on my iphone health app, I registered 13,560 steps today, my average is 1.826 steps,
I dunno how it works this out because, when I'm bike riding the distance is high but , steps are low,

This week I have 46000 steps and will probably hit 50,000. When I used my Fitbit it said 10000 steps was five miles but I use my Apple Watch now and that only registers 10000 steps as four miles. I tend to walk more at -10 than+10 because there is no gardening time. However there will be snow clearing. Seven weeks off in Winter as Wiggin for a week and Tenerife for six. Do 70+ miles a week in Tenerife calling as most oases on the sea front.
