get up at the crack of 8.30am, cup of tea and a slice of toast is essential, then saddle up the bike and go billinge via Winstanley , down to Upholland then up over Ashurst Beacon, have a brew there on a pick a nic table, then Down into Dalton to Lees lane, up to Apply Bridge , head for the bridge over the canal and turn down Mill lane, turn right to shevie keeping a sharp look out for codger Mick and head down the fields to Crooke village, from Crooke head Wigan bound and turn off to Martland Mill, Beech hill the famous Saddle cycle paths, right into Warrington road then get in the newly make cycle lanes past Smiffy Brooke lane and home for Lunch,
