with the sap now stopped rising through the trees, its time to cut back/prune the hedges and manicure the trees and shrubs, I need a hedge trimmer and looked about for a cheap inexpensive one but fit for purpose, I came across this one from screwfix

I would have loaned you my long handled hedge trimmer, it's petrol and light...ish

thanks Mac but it meant balancing on a ladder and those petrol tools have no respect for human parts, this leccy one is good and tame,
